I'm not sure if I have the right forum but perhaps someone can help.

I have lots of CDs of photographs which I took with my digital camera and copied to CD from my PC. I used Nero Vision Express to make a SVCD slide show. This worked fine on my old VCR and I could view the photos on my TV.

However, I now have a DVD/VCR combi attached to my TV set. The manual says that jpg files can be viewed but for some reason, I cannot view my photo CDs.

If someone could tell me how to put my photos onto a CD or DVD to view on my TV, I would really appreciate it.

Many thanks in advance.

Creating the slide show burned them into a different format. Many of the DVD players now will view the jpg burned as data.

You just scroll them them using your remote.
That is how my machine is now.

Your DVD player must be capable of playing VCD format otherwise they will not play. There are also players that play the higher resolution SVCD (Supervcd) I also have a large quantity of SVCD discs and my new Sony DVD burner unit does not play VCD's so I went out and bought a cheapo that does play them.

Thanks for the replies. I have put them on a CD-R and they show automatically as a slide show on my TV. Great!
