i dont know bruch. i have tried all the tips in the threads. they just dont turn out good. think i also move the camera some.

My grandfather loved Glads and kept rows of them along the outer edge of his veggie garden.

Did you use a black back drop for your photos?

First I must confess, I did not plant those glads. I bought my wife a bouquet of flowers from the Amish, I just took some pictures of them. I grown flowers, but not those.
Mom with 25 kids, Yes, I did use a black sheet of foam board behind the flowers so they would standout better, I also use a tripod and use the self timer on the camera so I don't get any movement when I take the picture. I also did some editing on them saturation and sharpening. :)

How sweet that you would buy your wife such beautiful flowers ;) Anyone can see that you didn't rush to take these photos...they would make beautiful prints for a wall or in a calendar :D

Are you shooting in Macro Mode?
It is best to always use a Tripod. Almost all of the Pictures I take now are using a Tripod.

Yes, Bruce I did shot those photo in Macro Mode. Sorry about those 20 extra kids. LOL :)

yes, i used macro mode. kind of hard to use a tripod on some flower shots. i have not tried that yet.

Thank you for pointing that out, I never seen it until now.
I look when Dave said he like 71, but I could not find any 71.
