FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions Section
How does OEM SoftSales Ltd. sell software at such an inexpensive price?
OEM SoftSales Ltd. purchases its software from various venues. Such places include: overstock, auctions, closeouts, companies going out of business. We provide great prices because we purchase them low prices! Also we provide downloadable software, so we do not spend money for shipping and our products become even cheaper.
Can I receive automatic updates of the programs?
Even though you are not able to register the product online you will be able to receive automatic updates of the most programs. When updates are ready to install you will see a popup window or an icon at the right bottom corner of your screen. Then you have to click on the icon and follow the instructions.
I am no rocket scientist but if you can't register it then how can you receive updates??????

Just ask yourself this simple question: What equipment am I purchasing to use this software on?
It's OEM software, which is registered to Original Equipment Manufacturers for use on the equipment they sell. The software is not for use on any other equipment and you won't have a license to use it, because the license is issued to manufacturers to be installed and used on their equipment that you purchase. Individuals cannot obtain an OEM license.
Look at it this way: When you purchase software, you are not actually purchasing the software, but the license to use it. This is why multiple license software costs more than single license software.

Thanks for the good observations. It looks like a person would be wise
to steer clear of this and other web sites like it.
Thanks...
