Hello wise ones and thank you in advance!
I have always used Microsoft scanner and camera wizard to transfer photos from my memory card (or CD) to my computer. Usually I plug my card into my Epsom printer and it automatically comes up, you know the drill. OK, now the problem. The window that pops up and asks what you want to do with the files... its blank. Nothing there to choose from. I thought there was an issue with the printer's card reader since when I directly connect my camera it all works like the norm. Today I placed a CD full of photos into my drive and same thing, a blank "what to you want to do" window pops up.
Anyone have a thought as to what causes this?
I know there are other ways to get the photos onto the PC but i always liked the way MS&CW renamed the files. It just seemed easy and direct. I have gone into my computer and made sure the auto play is on, it is. any other thoughts would be appreciated, thanks!
