Spybot immunzation

I had forgotten to immunize after updating in the past, actually I dont know what immunzation is :o but sj1183 suggested it in a post. Heres a screen shot of my immunzation page, what I'm concerned about is the 120228 unprotected items :eek:. Is that something to be concerned about? Is there something I can/should do to protect the unprotected items?

Click the Immunize button next to the green cross. Wait until the immunization process completes. If all items do not show as protected click check again. BUT not all items may immunize. Opera associated items will not immunize for me.

You have to click Immunize twice. First click "Immunize" in the left column (the shield icon) and then you have to click on the "immunization at the top (green cross) After it is done it should show everything is immunizsed

Everything is immunized now. Is immunizing every update sufficient or should it be done more often like dailey?
