hogndog I already have avast antivirus on my pc will this utility conflict with my current antivirus

There is always a chance your machine could get into troubled waters, when you run two Anti-Spyware utilities it doesn't harm a thing I'm currently running Avira Anti-Virus and nothing has happened as I let down the umbrella when I run a scan,. This is a trial for me, if I see the first sign of trouble then out the door she goes.. I'd stick with Avast just now, that's an excellent utility on its own.

No it's not a resident scanner.

It's just like Mcafee's Stinger program,an on demand scanner .
