Win 7 Quick Launch

Looking at friends PC with Win7 , there does not seem to be a quick launch icon,or any way to get this function....any ideas??:(

Thanks looks easy enough,but why on earth was it not included in Win7...one of the most used functions for me anyway.....must ask Bill next time I see him???;)
