Hey B,
Looks pretty good.Maybe when I have a little more time,I may partition my 2nd hdd(the one with ubuntu) & put your distro on it.
Does your distro have a live cd like ubuntu to try it without installing it?
Take care.

KDE Desktop » PCLinuxOS (http://www.pclinuxos.com/?page_id=180)

If you have a descent size flash drive.
Boot Multiple ISO from USB (MultiBoot USB) | USB Pen Drive Linux (http://www.pendrivelinux.com/boot-multiple-iso-from-usb-multiboot-usb/)
1 or 2 GB flash drive use this
Universal USB Installer – Easy as 1 2 3 | USB Pen Drive Linux (http://www.pendrivelinux.com/universal-usb-installer-easy-as-1-2-3/)
