I call it laziness on the customer's part for not reading what he/she signed

All this stuff can be turned off,and you can block applications from being downloaded,the people that didn't get the download are probably the only ones behind a firewall,and that have remote access turned off.

I think pretty much all ISP's have simular contracts written like that.Just my 2 cents
