This is one of my favourite pics, taken just after rain, using flash fill in which is how I think I get the nice rose colour and black background allmost. There should be rubbish there. :D :D

The rose is stunning. So far all the pictures I've seen are beautiful. Guess I'm going to have to get with it and post some pictures. What size are we allowed to use?

It's the same/same as the rest of the board for attachments, 102400 bytes........so far the [ img] tags ARE NOT ACTIVATED so you can't host any and show from your own site :rolleyes:

We grow lots of flowers, How ever, I have little luck with roses. How do you do it so well?

Hi Fred,

I am with 'whittler5656,' my rosebushes lasted a couple of seasons and then withered away. What do you feed them?

A confession:- The rose was grown in a bucket, one survivor of about 5 cuttings I "aquired", no feed and badly neglected, it was the only bloom this year.!! It was a beauty though wasn't it. :cool: :D :D
