I love it.........A must have forum now a days...It's a must to keep security software updated. With this forum no need to go to every site to check. I use another site as well to get all my updates this will be a great addition. Here is where I go to get em ....

That's OK - you don't have to visit it. We'll get by without you.

The threads from PC Tips and etc. seem to be coming over here... that forum was always full of updates so what will be posted there now? lol

BagLady, don't worry *hug* I'm only here to check it out but generally I only stick to the main Computer help forum and Off Topic. I don't need to come here for program updates and security updates I get in e-mails at work anyway - so I don't like it much it either.

:) Hopefully continue to see you in the other forums!!

Cheese it InsipidButterfly just because a person posts their opinion they get maligned. :D But thanks for the hugs anyway.

Do I really need a reason? I do not like the color red either but no one has ever asked my why.

OK first reason allready http://www.worldstart.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=34087

Of course it is intended to get "Tips" back to being Tips. And if it pulls all those "update" posts it won't be all bad.

But there are too many boards now. It is becoming too confusing to know where to post. Especially for new members.

Where do you post a question about your computer freezing? If it appears to be because of a graphic? Which you downloaded and it turned out to have a trojan in it?

And too time consuming to attempt to monitor all of them. Where will help for antivirus programs be? Just like where are graphics questions answered? Now there are at least three places to have to look. Well, four, if you consider that graphics and anti virus could conceivably cross connect.

I look at it this way...to me it's simple:

PC Ask & Answer Questions.....for "any" question relating to computers.

Tips & Tricks....just that...tips and tricks :D

Updates, Security & Scams......what's throwing people off here is the word Security so they think anything security related should be posted here, but it's only for security warnings, awarenesses and scams (like tips but only for security)

Off Topic...anything not related to computers.

Digital Imaging.....photos
