Removing Formatting From Copied Text

Here is a simple way of removing the formatting for text that is copied and pasted from another source.


Hit Ctrl/A to select the entire document.
Hit Ctrl + Shift + N for Normal to apply the normal style to the entire document.
To remove all formatting you can hit Ctrl + spacebar.
