I have two pictures, one color, one black & white of the same person. I want to take the colored eyes out of the color picture and insert it into the black and white photo, so that I will have a black and white photo of a person with only the eyes in color. I want to use the colored picture version, as it is more real than trying to "color in" the eyes. Is there a way to do this. I have PaintShop Pro 8. I would really appreciate any help.

I gave it a shot, doing just as Aunt_PittyPat suggested using Photostudio's cloning tool. I can't help with explaining how to do it using PSP8 because I don't have it.
BTW that is such a darling subject in the photo :)

Here is my try.
I used Irfan and made a panarama of the two pics. Saved them. Used PSP8 and cloned from there. Then cropped the b/w pic.

i used PS to choose the area with a lasso and then dragged the eyes into the b&w image.

Thank you Aunt Pitty Pat! I will be giving this a try. I'm glad to see others are interested in trying this out! It's such a cool effect on some photos. So dramatic. Thank you again for your help!
