When you get to control you do not expand it, just click on it.
You could also add these;navigate to this entry.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
make these changes:
HungAppTimeout-change from 5000 to 1000
AutoEndTask-change from 0 to 1
WaitToKillApp-change from 20000 to 3000
