Canon A80

On my old Kodak I could put the date on the pics for downloading.
Can't seem to find out how to do this with the Canon A 80,except for printing from camera.Any suggestions,thanks,Vera

Welcome to the board, I think you need to check you manual, According to this

the power shot A80 has the facility to date the shots. The info should be in your manual somewhere. Check out my attachment.

If you use the Easy Photo Print supplied with the A80 for printing, you can add the date there if you like. I have the A80 and have never had the date added to the pics, but I know it can be done.
