They are all over the Garden State Parkway & the Turnpike. They just put up a tower on 78 but haven't installed the Fake Branches yet.

Why are they putting fake branches on the tower's? Wouldn't it interfere with your cell phone signal?

It does not bother the Cell Signal. It is being done to break up the Stark looking profile of the Tower with the Antenna's on it. There is a New Tower just put up last year, with no fake branches on it, and it looks like Hell.
