THIS (http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1895,1842335,00.asp) would be a most unpleasant thing to have happen... it's good that it's apparently not widely distributed at this time. It would seem to be a good example of the argument for surfing with a non-administrative account (which I don't usually do), or at least a good trojan monitoring program. At the very least... a good up-to-date image or something similarly complete and easy.
