Hi Ya Everyone, I need some more help. It has been years since I have done this and I don't remember what program or what I used to do it but I want a program that will open a picture and put a light reflection inside the picture. This might not make sense. I really don't know how to explain this. It is say a picture of a person and then you can put a lighter picture(reflection) of the picture inside the picture next to the original. I hope you all can understand what I mean. Thank you for your help and have a great day, Mark

I wish I could. I don't have any pictures now that look like this. It almost looks like a shadow of the image inside the image. Thanks again and have a great night, Mark

Thanks for trying. It might have been a camera that had the option. I just don't remember. All I know is that you could have a ghostly looking copy of the picture inside the original offset to the side. Oh well, It isn't anything important. Thanks and have a great night, Mark

Mark, try this (http://www.graphicutils.com/merge/) software. I think it'll do exactly what you want. I'm playing with it now, but still am having problems sorting it out. George. :)

mark,
all of those are fairly simple to do in elements. basicly using the way i did my examples. it's using 2-3 images on different layers and setting the opacity of the upper levels low. for your upper layers it's best to use something without much background or cut the back grounds out..

it was the reflection reference you made that thru me off..
i did this in a couple of minutes. cut the face out, drag it to the other image and set the layer opacity to about 50%. piece of cake..

Hi Roy, I have Paint Shop Pro 7, Adobe Photshop 6.0. I am sure it can do alot more than I am smart enough to do. I wish I had Adobe Elements but I can't afford it right now. Thanks, Mark

mark,
i'm full of SMs today..
if you have PS6 i can walk you thru how to do this. it's REALLY simple and easy..

edit: if you have ps6 you definately do not need elements. ps6 has more than any version of elements except the raw converter which i doubt you'd ever use..

Try the Arithmetic tool. Image>arithmatic. It combines 2 images to one. See this tuturial for an explination.
