Kazaa Revolution

Crockett, I know you gave revolution a clean bill of health (with a possible older version maybe?), But while looking for a version tonight, I came across this:

Now as luck would have it, I found that forum/thread AFTER I had installed and tried revolution (which kept calling itself klite pro, not revolution)and did not like the looks of it within a few minutes of firing it up. I did immediately uninstall it, but now it looks as though I need to get jiggy with all my scanners, etc...... :o

Would be best to use Limewire free version, as no spyware and very fast..

I have Kazaa Revolution & Resurrection and find now it`s not even worthwhile using, as slow & less connections. Slow to connect, etc.

If it kept calling itself KLite Pro, then for sure you don't have what I have.
Either you got a bogus one (which is very possible as goofballs are constantly trying to get people with wrong P2P products all the time) or KLR changed from my version of 2.6 to 2.7.

Well if you read that thread, it's obvious that that owner seems to have an axe to grind with whoever it is that's in control of revolution.
I ran all of the scanners etc....and it came up clean, so at least people will now hopefully avoid anything packaged as revolution


I'll give your D/L a try now Crockett, I just like to have a couple proggys to choose from. My main P2Ps are emule, and EDonkey Lite 1.4.3.2 (http://www.softvb.com/edk/EdonkeyLite1.4.3.2.exe) It's an ad free version of their regular program. I like it allot cause this version has priority over all the others, think of edonkey, now remove the ads and 3rd party adware. Put it on steriods, connect to 4 different networks, now you got edk lite 1.4xx
