Feel like a dumba** , I downloaded ForeCast Fox for SeaMonkey , and I realized that I don't want it, but I don't know how to get rid of it! Any help available? I probably should've posted in Q+A section, but I didn't!

It can be difficult to remove extensions from SeaMonkey, they haven't developed an extension manager like Firefox has yet.
This is about all I can suggest:
ExtensionManager (https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=203)
ExtensionUninstaller API (https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=202&application=mozilla)
You'll need to install both of the above to add an "extension manager" to SeaMonkey, then after closing and reopening SeaMonkey, it should appear in your tools menu.
Or you can try uninstalling manually (not recommended!):
Uninstalling extensions - MozillaZine Knowledge Base (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Extensions_Uninstall#Uninstalling_manually)
The easiest thing to do might be to simply create a new profile with a unique name then import your bookmarks from your old profile folder.

I d'l'ed both of those programs and didn't have any luck with either of them! I'm not sure how to go about doing a new profile, but will print your instructions and try that. Thanks a lot Elwood!

It shouldn't be hard to create a new SeaMonkey profile, close SeaMonkey, go to start > programs > SeaMonkey > profile manager > create profile > give it a unique name (not default) > click finish > start SeaMonkey using the new profile and import your bookmarks via bookmarks > manage bookmarks > file menu > import (from file) > navigate to your old profile directory and highlight bookmarks.html and click okay.
