Need suggestions for a Open Source/Freeware accounting/database prgm for SOHO, similar to "Quicken Books" Any help greatly appreciated :)

PS: Prefer one you have used and were happy with, TIAFAI

Here is a site for free programs to check out. Sorry, I use Quickbooks & Sidekick . I have found it useful to have a program I can export a customer database to a pda for job reports and phone numbers.

Thanks Seamistrose, I'll ck it out. I'm helping a friend set up his SOHO & he's on a budget[pretty tight] after equiptment purchases. I've not got experience w/ this type of prgm so thought someone here might, have Googled but didn't know what to choose :)

I don't use that type of software but maybe something here http://www.freebyte.com/office/#accounting can help you.
