I am receiving a popup (iguess you would call it that) with an annoying sound and they are stating my three day trial is over and now and I must pay to get rid of the screen . They claim I or someone downloaded the software. We did not as far as I can tell. The site must be designed to force you to pay, every thing I have done will not get rid of the screen! Does anyone have an idea ? thanks
