Elwood I have a question for you about Firefox

I recently got the automatic update of Firefox but now I keep getting error reports and my browser shuts down. I also lost my own settings for my profile.
How do I get to profile manager again and do you have any idea what is going on with this?

What are the error messages that you receive? It would be helpful to have the exact wording of the error message(s).

When I get the exact message again I will post it .
but what do you type in run to get to your profile manager?

I found the profile manager but can not find my original profile... I hate this :(

Hmm, I hear ya. I'm not sure what to tell you if your profile isn't listed in the profile manager screen.

I'll be thinking about it though, sometimes I have epiphanies.

Can you locate your profile(s) using Windows Explorer?
