Are there any scratches or smudges on the CD Disk? By downloading you mean installing from the CD?

Hi,
I guess zp home sp2 is more advanced than xp home sp2 !. LOL
Seriously Raz, is that a disk you've made yourself from a trial download or is it a bought PS 7 disk, if it's the first one I'd suggest you've got a corrupted files on the disk ... either you need to reburn the disk or redownload and burn again in that case. If it's bought disk, I'd take it back for exchange. ;)

I made a copy of the down load so if any thing went wrong I would be able to copy it back on my computer. It looks like I have a bad copy. Thanks Jaberwoc, razzel

You're welcome, can't think of any other reason it doesn't install correctly. When I make a disk like that I often close everything else down running in the back ground with the use of the program Enditall, more chance of a successful burn. You can download Enditall Here (http://www.compu-docs.com/links.htm) Version 1 is preferred by most people and works fine with Win XP. Scroll down the page until you find it. ;) :D
