Blue marks on photos problem

My daughter currently stationed overseas tells me she has an issue with her smart phone, something that adds blue bits/dots to photos. It is an android smart phone.

I have never used any kind of smart phone, but you may get help from an Android forum.

Do these bits/dots only appear on photos?
Your attachment would suggest that they are on the screen, which would therefore suggest faulty pixels.

I did a bit of Googling and it could either be faulty pixels on the touch screen or it can also be caused by atmospheric conditions.
Is your daughter somewhere tropical?

She was in the middle east last year (where I am sure I first noticed them 30+ degrees) but is now in Cyprus 30+

This is what she wrote to me and others:-
Samsung phone users.... For ages now when taking photos in dull/dark situations I get these blue marks. I've goggled and it seems its a Soft Ware problem, but doesn't give me a solution. Is there anything I can do to rectify it?

and I have just looked through some of her FB photos and those taken in daylight appear clear, but as you will see in dull light, they appear:-

PS, that was a bug in their quarters.

Are you sure the lens is clean of any lint?
How do selfies turn out, this would be using the other lens, but the same program in the phone.?

Not all phones have 2 lens. My last three haven't had but one. None of my kids or grandkids or friends have 2 lenses.
