Want to know if this is a good machine or not

Am looking for new comp., to replace my current one, which is Vista. Pros & cons on it please. Do not need the bundle, just machine itself.

I would not recommend purchasing any HP from Walmart. The hardware inside of the machine is not the same quality as you would get if you were to purchase directly from HP. Same for all manufacturers. They throw and HP cover on junk. That processor is very low end.
Go to the HP website and choose a model you can afford there or from another manufacturer. Look for an i3 or i5 Pentium processor.
Don't purchase a computer with a Celeron processor. Even from HP.

Thanks Sunny, will keep looking for either HP or Dell. Something with right components, but also not too expensive, below $400. Any recommendations?

Another thing, W10 works with 4GB of memory, but it would be maxed out, so my suggestion would be, don't get anything less than 8GB of memory. (remember also that video uses some of the 4GB, unless you have a good sound and video card that has their own memory).

This is a bit more but worth it. Mid-range machine but with a good processor and plenty of memory and hard drive space. On sale. If you call to place the order you can probably talk them into free shipping.
