Webs.com

Well it's me again with an all new problem. I don't know whether to blame it on the upgrade yesterday or not but now when I try to log into my website it won't let me. I've tried with different browsers. Edge will let me log in but times out almost instantly. Maybe it's something in my settings, I don't know.
I am going to show a screen shot of it.
I am the site manager and I can sign in as a guest but I really need to manage the site. The site is allensakitas.com
Well can't figure out how to include the screenshot.

Just titling your post Web.com tells us nothing really because all you say in the post is

Is Web.com YOUR website? Do you operate Web.com ? Or did you create a website using the Web.com site and now you cannot open your own site?

You need to be exact and very clear because I just tried to access Web.com on Firefox,Edge, IE, Opera, and Vivaldi it easily opened in all of them.

If you don't tell us the address of the actual site you are trying to access then you cannot receive any help. Also WHAT upgrade yesterday???? You need to give much more information.

What happens when you tried to use Firefox or Edge? What message did you get?

It is a website using Webs.com. I've had it for years. It will open in them but all but Opera wouldn't let me sign in as manager so I could upload new pictures and maintain the site.
The actual address is: allensakitas.com
When I use Firefox it is completely usless. I took a screenshot but cant find where to add it so you can see it. In Edge it let me log in than instantly said it had timed out. Right now I am managing it in Opera.

The upgrade I'm talking about is the Windows 10 one. I think 52 or something.

It is NOT Windows 10 because there has not been an upgrade and if there was it certainly could not have been 52. Firefox's latest update was to version 52.0 and was released last week.

I tried your site and was able to easily and very quickly access the site with all my browsers. Of course I couldn't log in but I could view everything, pictures of all the dogs, videos, your story on the web site. The only thing that didn't work, according to a notice on the Home page and Contact page that said the Contact page was not working but you could be contacted using your email address.

Guess I offended you. I would advise you contact Web.com since all goes through them.

Don't worry, I won't post back

When in doubt, blame Windows.

We're seeing quite a bit of that lately. It's almost invariably wrong.

Maybe just had to leave for some reason? Rarely see an exit like that. I would guess the party was on a different PC than her normal one.
