Hot Stuff

Hello again, all. I was playing a game on this laptop and noticed that I was generating enough heat from the thing to melt a small glacier. Is there a reliable app or program I can use to monitor my temperature? I have since purchased one of those cooling pads with a built-in usb fan to prevent this happening in the future.
