I'm from the United Kingdom (England/Scotland/Wales and Northern Ireland) but I have to emphasize that Yorkshire is the largest county in the Kingdom and also known as "Gods own country " !

"The Middle" of the U.S. 150 miles from Toledo actually.

"Big Ten Country", just in "name only" now because there are now "12" in the Big Ten

Of course the "Big 12" now has ten but will be back to "12" soon.

Just thought I would throw all that in just to confuse our friends across world.

Now in southern California. USA.
1 hour from San Diego, Los Angeles, the Pacific Ocean. 1/2 hour from Palm Springs.

did we not have a pushpin map as part of the forum? Everyone could put themselves on the map and you could visualize our locations.

I must say I'm a little offended that New Zealand is an option but not Australia.

Especially seeing as Australia is almost the same size as the entire United States and New Zealand is about the same size as, say, Colorado.

And, the UK is even smaller than New Zealand.

Just kidding (well, sort of).

I'm in Perth, Western Australia.
But, I originally came from (and was born in) Halifax, Yorkshire, United Kingdom in 1961 (brought here when I was 4 years old).
