Firefox for me. Been my default browser for years now. I always tinker around with other browsers but for me, nothing beats FF. Of course, thats not to say other browsers are not good. Its just FF is my preference.

I love Firefox! I've been using it for years. Recently, after having the same installation (and much tweaking) for years it slowed way down and I could hardly use it. I tried some others, but in the end I finally got my Firefox back where it's good again. I missed it so much!

Firefox for several years now. I have always hated IE.
I first started using a PC with AOL, of course that is their own browser and their own world and way of doing things. I sincerely believe that there are still people out there using AOL do not know there is any other way of doing things. IMO.

I have tried Chrome, I like it, but have learned through here that it is not safe. Maybe it will change.
I really liked Flock but that was just very close to FF but more graphic friendly.

Thumbs up

I had to use Netscape when first on as it was the ISP's choice. Went to IE when they allowed, but kept Navigator (by then) too. Went to Firefox when it came out, & have almost never used IE since. FF first, Opera second, in all the pc's I've had since they both became available.

Firefox for me;has been since I joined WorldStart and read all about it. Up until then I had used IE , as in my ignorance ,I thought that you had to because it was a Windows Microsoft computer.

Firefox and Opera have been my defaults for years. Tried Chrome but did not care for it one bit. IE is there only because it has to be.

Firefox...................

Started using it back when it was called Firebird.
Back then it was not installed. Just ran the firebird.exe file.
Had a shortcut on the Desktop using Win 98SE.

jerrypc1, that is why there are many choices to choose from. Some people swear by IE, some by Maxthon. Imagine how life would be if we had just one browser to use. One OS to use. Kinda dull.
Since not many people in this forum like or use IE, I'm surprised you use it for back up.
I have & use FF,SeaMonkey,Google Chrome & SRware Iron. SeaMonkey is my default because FF loads too slow. But I use Google Chrome the most.
Variety is the spice of life. Have an awesome week.

Have now made FF my default browser, but tried Chrome out of curiosity, and dip into it occaisionally. Was surprised to see how big a lead FF has in the poll.A bit slow to load, but otherwise no complaints.
