My screen size is moving all over the place

I just bought a lenovo laptop, it has 4 gigs of ram and a 6th generation i3-6100U chip which clocks at 2.3 mhz. It is loaded with windows 10 professional edition. The 4 gigs of ram is onboard which leaves 1 slot that is empty. The maximum load the MOBO can accept is 12 gigs.

I have used several browsers including opera, vivaldi and google chrome, and on all of the browsers I have the same problem. The screen size will change when i run my finger on the touch pad, i am only trying to move the pointer but yet the screen size keeps changing.

I have called the company on this and they tell me that electronic flux is causing this and I should remove the power chord and hold down the power button for 30 seconds to drain this flux. I have done this but it doesn't help.

Is there any way i can lock the size of the window at 100%....I never add or subtract from window size......I will use any browser that allows me to lock the screen size. If I added another 8 gigs of ram to the laptop would it make the screen size more stable and less likely to change.

Any other suggestions to fix this problem would be sincerely appreciated. I wish to thank all who spend time reading this and helping me IN ADVANCE.

best regards....jessica

Thank you to BillM and Everton

.......I think my problem is fixed by using Everton's tip directly from Lenovo, I found the settings on my ELAN touchpad, and removed the check from zooming.......time will tell but I can already see a difference.

many thanks....jessica
