Compress each track and send track by track. If this is your own work you could post to a website & make it downloadable... or if not you could just mail them the CD snailmail.

The music on the CD must be on your computer in one or more files to use this program.

Look at this tip from WorldStart

You don't - too much data. There isn't an ISP in the world who would accept that size.

What owen said. - YouSendIt.

If you have the CD songs in a folder, zip the folder, upload to you sendit

Free is maximum 100MBs Lite is the free one..

http://www.yousendit.com/cms/compareaccounts

Caps key stuck???

If over 100MBs, then make 2 zip folders with half the songs and send the
first one then send the second once successfully sending the first one..

Looks like it might be free if your file is under 100mb...have you compressed? I've managed to down size 5-6 mb files to around 2-3 mb with minimal quality loss. Of course you can go lower but you will get distortion. Wave Pad/Switch are programs that I've used.

Can you divide your cd up and send in installments so to speak? My son is a Techno DJ so anything he creates and puts on cd couldn't really be broken up because it's like one huge track...lol

Don't shout!

I said you can't email it. That's all I said. Even in two parts it will be too big.

No matter how you look at it, YouSendIt is a better option - and it IS free if you split the file

Yikes Please don't get me in the middle of a dispute. I didn't mean to imply that it could be sent in two parts... maybe several? I have no experience with "You Send It" but it would most likely work better than just plain old trying to email it. My last idea was perhaps break the file down to upload to "You Send it". I'm just tossing out suggestions, I'm definately not any type of expert.

Typing in all caps is "shouting" in the cyber world...usually reserved for when someone wants to really stress a point or show strong emotion...like anger.

Everyone take a breath and have a nice day

Sorry to butt in but it doesn't cost any more to say something in a little nicer way, especially to a newbie who may not even know about typing in caps.

Thanks mom25kids for explaining. Hope the poster wasn't scared off.
