I think I have some scam E-mail. They want my bank pin number. Where is the best place to report this? What info will they need off the E-mail? This looks like a bad one.

Did you know that you shouldn't even OPEN spam mail. Spammers can tell when people open their mail, which tells them that it is a live address, as many times they just guess.
If you don't know the sender, just delete it and move on.

What are you using for an e-mail client?
If Outlook Express do this:
Open it up and go to Views/Layout/Preview Pane and uncheck the box that says Show Preview Pane. Click Apply than OK. This will force you to double click on an e-mail to open it up. That way if it isn't opened, the spammers little 1kb pixel is not hit to let them know that there is a warm body on the end of the e-mail...

Banks will NEVER ask for personal info through your email. Never give out such info when requested through email.
Also, you may want to D/L "MAILWASHER". It's a free program that checks your mail at the server, before you allow it to get to OE.

Keep a copy of the email you received and notify your bank. They may be able to find out who is sending the email!

Hi Gramps,
I have gotten several emails from PayPal imitators asking for information. Their link looks really real but I always send them as an attachment to spoof@paypal and they check them out. Every one that I have sent to them turned out to be scam. Call your bank and I'm sure they will give you an email address to forward the email to.
